Stuart will introduce some new programming and talk about youth homelessness in general and how to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ youth in shelters.
Stuart Walker is a trans man born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. They have worked for several non-profits in the Louisville area and have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community. They currently work as Programming Director for Sweet Evening Breeze, an organization that provides services to the LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness.
The Transgender Wellness Coalition promotes healthy living and access to gender affirming care for transgender individuals, and access to resources for families and friends of transgender people.
